I'm slowly ready to prepare for my bi-/trimax with ccw rotation. Which means I need braces for like a year. I'm trying to get it covered by insurance but if that doesn't work out, I'm gonna book a consultation with ramieri anyways. I've given up the idea of even considering pagnoni or raffaini from what I've heard on this forums.

but besides 2 maxfac surgeons, I have absolutely no Idea where to go, except france. It seems like people have good experiences with no name surgeons aswell.

located in germany btw. I'm ready to book flights across the (first) world (mainly).

try Brazil they're really good

raffaini seems overall decent he is just expensive

Ramieri is good only when planning on doing implants with him, other than that he will likely give a similar result to a local surgeon in Germany, just need to incorporate genio into it. Look on jaw surgery subreddit and they will give a good recommendation that’s local. Ramieri is great don’t get me wrong but he is apart of the forum echo chamber of people hyping him up, I’m personally going to him tho and his team is trustworthy it seems, he is very good but not the best, which can also be a good thing since he plays it safe, the best are usually expensive as shit and since they do riskier movements there’s a higher chance that it goes wrong

it sounds like ramierie is the type of surgeon I would go for. If I'm lucky all I need is just a maxillary movement and implants for symmetry and bit more projection. Safety is very important for me to avoid permanent nerve damage or similar complications.
I actually look somewhat decent when jutting, they would only need to move the maxilla forward and make it a bit more wider with segmental lefort 1.
