Yeah so theres this guy whos a pro bodybuilder at my gym that keeps insisting on training me but his style of training, which includes 100 sets of 10 million reps followed by a 100 million rep drop set per exercise just doesnt suit me. How do tell him i want to be doing 2 sets of 6 reps per exercise
