Yes, you can try using accutane. In a lot of cases it can shrink the nose over time. Not the actual cartiledge but it down regulates sebum production and proliferation which will make your nose appear smaller permanently but it will not change anything structural. You can also use hydrocortiscone. Its an anti-inflamitory topical that can temporarily reduce sebum. It will shrink your nose acutely very quickly. I use it often and Im not sure how long it lasts. If you apply it frequently enough for long enough it might make your nose smaller permanently.
