how do i prevent early growth plate closure from hgh

i could find any threads for this so i thought id make my own

how could i prevent hgh (4 ius for 4 months, followed by a 2 month taper) from closing my growth plates early. i heard you should take oestrogen blockers, but i heard that also prevents bone growth along with brain development. do you know if theres anything else i can do?
