how do i prevent my hair from completely messing up overnight

normal bedhead, u can try a bonnet if u have long hair but will probably not completely fix it

Have u tried sleeping on your back? It makes my hair almost not get ruined when I wake up.

That's a simple fix just spray some water, also your pillow could effect it a small bit, dont use a soft pillow, a pillow on the harder side.
Works for me at least.

will try out a harder one

Just do a soft rinse with cold water in the morning, there’s nothing that can fully prevent bedhead I had the exact same issue for a bit too
