I have a very feminine brow ridge and I want to make a habit of bonesmashing that region. But first I need to know if there's risks such as extreme asymmetry and if I could minimize it, because I'm not going to cause perfectly equal microfractures on each side.

As hard as possible with a sledgehammer should work.

asymmetry from bonemash isnt possible
its too slow to cause any major asymmetry, let alone the fact that it most likely doesnt work

JFL bonesmash is cope it only works in the short term kind of like a gym pump. other than that its cope unless you've been bonesmashing for very long but even then the results is minimal.
