how do i properly use hydrocortisone?

just got hydrocortisone to slim down my nose, but idk how much should i use at the time, when should i use it and should i use it with moisturizer and sunscreen? pls help

use a small drop im assuming just for the nose and rub it in i normally do it at night by itself should see improvement in couple days
