I would suggest you to eat high calorie and high carb and protein diet, make sure that your insulin will be high throughout a day, but doesn't eat before 2-3 hours before sleep. Insulin will stimulate the anabolic pathways (mTOR,p3ik, ATK) which will cause more height growth.
