i need help on how to maxx out the puberty phase i turned 15 recently how do i make sure my facial bones develop nicely and maxx out height help pls

you eat a lot, sleep a lot and move doing some sport you enjoy
but more important than that you have fun and be yourself

already at around 12 percent bodyfat , i play sports aswell and does gymmaxing stunt growth?
 
also i heard sprinting and HIIT training boosts gh so been doin that aswell and been eatin a shit tonna meat

Monitor your nutrition, supplement vitamins and minerals if needed
Specifically:
Vitamin D
Calcium
ashwagandha
vitamin k
magnesium

Cut out all sugar and processed shit

DONT UNDEREAT. Eat good animal based products like eggs and meat. Don't try to have a sixpack. Mewing isn't gonna do wonders but might aswell do it. SLEEP ALOT. Drink milk with highest fat.

Another emphasis on the don't try to have a sixpack. Of course you shouldnt be fat but 15-18% bodyfat can do. More important is that you listen to your body and get all your nutrients. If you eat alot of saturated animal fats and animal products in general your body will be able to produce hormones as optimally as possible.

There was actually a great study on two tribes in africa, the masaai and kikuyu tribes in Kenya. This was done in the 1920s. The Masaai ate almost exclusively animals and the Kikuyu ate almost exclusively plant based. The Masaai were 5 inches taller, had more muscle, were like 50% stronger, had less disease, and lived longer.

I don't mean to get scared of carbs, if you want carbs, try to eat something that's somewhat natural, like Honey or a fruit. Avoid vegetables tho. There is a reason babies HATE vegetables, because they are not meant to be eaten by humans. They hinder mineral absorbtion and contains natural pesticides and toxins

TLDR: HIGH ANIMAL FAT, GOOD PROTEIN, DON'T EXCLUDE CARBS

what am i gonna do for my micronutrients if i dont eat veggies micronutrients are really imp for height growth i thought
But i will take ur advice and increase my meat consumption to 5 times a week and will increase egg intake and milk aswell thx

I would suggest you to eat high calorie and high carb and protein diet, make sure that your insulin will be high throughout a day, but doesn't eat before 2-3 hours before sleep. Insulin will stimulate the anabolic pathways (mTOR,p3ik, ATK) which will cause more height growth. I would recommend to take AI or at least supplement DIM and do a lot of researches LMAO.

- mewing the whole day

- drinking a gallon of milk a day to grow taller

- sprinting and skip roping to grow taller

- sleeping 9 hours a day

- MOST IMPORTANTLY LEARNING MUAY THAI

- study software engineering to make side income

- 10 half boiled eggs everyday for testosterone

alr bro ive done some research on this , i have found that ir order to actually heightmaxx i would need aromasin( or any other AI) and would need to blast hgh , the problem is hgh is hard to get/expensive and impossible to convince parents and also too many side effects
so i dont think its worth it im gonna try to heightmaxx naturally for now

-gonna supplement with vit d and vit k2 calcium and magnesium and zinc
