How do i put a video in my "signature"?

How do I do this i asked ai and it tells me to use a "direct image link" and that worked for images but i cant seem to get one for videos

and i see a buncha people who have videos use "streamable" but i can't seem to get a proper link that works in this site

make a streamable account and upload a vid on to their then copy link and go into signature then click the link button and copy paste the link
