Ive watched an episode from breaking bad, when walter white gave some strange poisonous plant to a little boy, so he felt bad and was delivered to the hospital. Maybe u can poison urself with something, that would not actually kill u?
If u want to get ur ex attention, the best option is antidepressants imo, but its dangerous, cause u can overdose urself to death

Try to push as much air out of your lungs as possible for 1 minute while slouched over, then stand up and take a deep breath in. This only gets you unconscious for like a minute or 2 at best though
