honestly twin, i used to be in the same position, the only way you can genuinely quit is by making it inconvenient for yourself to smoke cigarettes, dont carry cash with you all the time, buy them in singles, use short-lived lighters. Make it difficult to smoke

Btw stay off the nic my buddy who smoked cigs, vaped, did snus, drank ocassionally id say once every month or so or every 2 months, got physically fucked after 1.5 years and he was even more unhealthy after smoking synthetic weed he would puke blood n wtv no matter what his parents did he couldnt quit. He smokes like 7-14 cigs a day at the moment. He was only 13 when he started too

nice i quit few times but i am still taking snus first time i quit smoking at 14 my parents locked me in the house for abt a week and i stopped smoking but started back again after 3 months not the best method rn i am only taking 20-30mg snus finishing a pack in abt 3-5 days
