How do I raise hyoid while being on caloric surplus

Im on calorie surplus for anabolic effects and ive realized my hyoid is going way down and I look horrible what excrises do I do im on a dirty bulk because I cant really afford clean and dont have the time to really count calories so im doing around 2500-3000 calories
 
you cannot raise a bone.

you cant change the hyoid bone structure but you can get better tounge posture by doing neck curls and excercises like that

yeah thats what I meant so just neck curls or anything else

how many neck curls a day do I do them laying down or standing up
honestly just do 2/3 sets of 15 in the morning it should js become a daily habit which take a few minutes

I just saw it and it's impressive, have you noticed that your jawline has become more defined?
not really
you don't train neck to have a more defined jawline, leaning down a bit and changing to nosebreath a few years ago helped me
