is there any way without a procedure the main problem is my lower lip droops down a few months ago my ctpr was 3 but now i think its less than two looking at the mirror

you can thumbpull that papillae right behind the middle of the two front teeth put one thumb on it then a thumb on that thumb so with both arms push upwards hard it will make your philtrum more upturned so itll look shorter
