How do i raise the nose tip, do i need filler?

I have a pretty decent nasal bridge with a tiny bump, just have a slight droopy tip

Do you think its worth doing? or any other recommendations?

it looks masculine, you don't need it to be raised. if you were a female, it'd be a diff situation. it isnt hooked, which is good, and perfectly straight. that's rare in a way i guess
