How do i recover from lost sleep

Slept for 4 and half hours today its the first time in half year I haven't slept 7 hours or more what do I do to minimise how tired it makes me feel
 
Nothing, sleep debt exsists.
 
Sleep 8 hours the next day or even more if you need. You will feel better. Studies have also shown your own mindset affects it as well, if you genuinely believe you should be tired you will be. Just get through the day as usual and go to sleep an hour or 2 earlier if needed, and you will feel better the next day.
