how do i reduce anxiety on stimulants?

I take adderall and i would tweak out and i would overthink. im not on any nootropics to reduce anxiety so I am open to suggestions. for social occasions too because I would tweak out and overthink and i would sound like a retard stumbling over my words. need advice please

Interesting - I’m on a non-stimulant med (Atomoxetine) and see some of your symptoms too - I have heard ashwaghanda can help with anxiety - as for nootropics, Selank is generally considered to be good to stop overthinking things

Take it with clondine if ur problem is the stimulation

Works wonders for me. Little to no anxiety even off high doses like 60mg where I get insane anxiety. Thank you
