How do I reduce frizziness in my hair, someone said use a leave in conditioner but which one shall I use. My hair is wavy/curly, and it is dirty blonde (if that helps jfl).

What worked for me was shampooing less, blow drying with lower heat and at a further distance, using hydrating shampoos and conditioners plus conditioning every day. And not being rough with my hair for example towel drying it
