i’m fifteen and my hormonal acne really won’t go away. i’ve been eating roughly 15-30 grams of added sugars daily, cleansing my face, and eating healthy whole foods. is there any way to at least reduce it?

I'd say Dutasteride but you're 15, so Isotretinoin.

Wait until you are 20

I cured my acne COMPLETELY only when I went on raw meat and no vegetables. It is very simple the closer to a natural human you eat the closer to how a natural human looks you will look, and natural humans don't have acne. Also eliminating unnatural things made it better but I only got 100% clear skin on natural human diet (no plants) which consists of only consuming other animals and you can also eat eggs and milk(milk is a bit acne conducive but it will make you taller if consumed in puberty, if raw ofc, goat milk is best)

i’ve been seeing a lot of rawprimal diets, and i lowkey wanna try. i’m thinking of starting off by incorporating raw grass fed beef liver into my meals, but my friend told me it tastes like absolute shit and he couldn’t get it down. might be rough but i’ll endure.

Inject estrogen into your testicles.

I eat raw beef liver every day it's not horrible but is not true that it tastes like chocolate either. It's not about incorporating things it's about reducing the things causing your problem. You need to understand that acne is your body detoxifying itself from toxins by using the skin. You are consuming toxins from plants and other things in your diet, if you start to eat more things (like liver) but don't remove the toxins you will still be detoxing by acne. What this means is that you have to stop eating anything unnatural, this mean stop eating ANY plant or anything that is not meat og egg, ofc get it high quality as toxins accumulate in fat so if you buy shitty animal fat and eat it you will get those toxins so just good quality meat. You could also be getting toxins from outside sources, your skin absorbs everything so stop parfumes and soaps etc.Diet is most important. Stop using comedogenic things to your face. It's really simple, if you want to look like a natural human without acne you have to live like one.

TLDR: Dont incorporate new things, you have to reduce the bad things. Your problem is caused by toxins and adding primal stuff without removing the bad stuff will not change you
