guys every fucking time i bs whether it be with my fist or hammer even if i dont do it super hard i get fucking purple/green/brown ugly ass bruises the day after on my face genuinely how do people bs harder than me and just have a nice pump without the visible color deadass help me.

is there no way to actually not get bruises to begin with or is the only method to conceal it

i swear some people be smashing way harder than me and just get a bit of redness initially but never develop the bruising color

Everybody bruises differently, you might be more susceptible to bruising or redness
If you bruise easily then you are cooked in that department bro, so if you are adamant on continuing then just get some makeup to cover
