without peptides, i cant buy sadlyaccutane, ghk-cu after for scars
then just don't use the ghk and hope you don't get scarringwithout peptides, i cant buy sadly
Personally my acne was really bad, i was put on anti-biotics then on isotretenoin (accutane) through prescription.
thank youYour acne is pretty mild diet and sleeping more would fix it
If you are lazy or want a more stable solution take retinoids, do not take accutane like the first tard above is suggesting, accutane is a nuke meant for cystic acne and requires prescription no reason to go through all that, i suggest .1% adapalene, pretty strong retinoid with targeted affects for acne so it has less irritation, sunscreen is necessary with this though.
If you want something even milder take .5-1% retinol
and keep in mind all retinoids have a irritation/purge phase and then your skin adapts, and put on moisturizer after applying retinoids it helps with the irritation
edit: adapalene .1% doesn't require prescription however higher dosages of adapalene do
accutane requires a prescriptionthen just don't use the ghk and hope you don't get scarring
and peptides are illegal for human consumptionaccutane requires a prescription
You can get laser for PIE too just make sure its right oneghk cu does jack shit , laser brother one or two sessions will be gone ,but yours seems like PIE which might require other methods because its still inflamed , i think you could manage it with topicals

This can't be saved anymore, I think it's simply time for the rope.

but i would say i just used face wash every time i went into the shower and regularly tried to get rid of the natural oils on my face. Exfoliate with some exfoliating face wash or you can make like a makeshift one at home with salt and baking powder if u really want to.
Clean ur pillow case regularly. My friend previously had really bad cystic acne, he said he ate just more healthy foods and by the looks of it it worked for him and it has decreased significantly (May not work for everyone- worth a try). You can maybe look for isotretenoin creams and not pills (those are definitely prescription) over the counter- the creams are legalised in some countries OTC like where i am from- and just put it on once a week. Or you can use salicylic acid face wash, benzoyl peroxide, niacinamide (Over the counter in healthcare shops)
But at the end, for most people its genetic (like me). It will go eventually. What i did was i just went to the doctor repeatedly and kept telling them the acne hurts and its really making me unhappy such and such... Then they prescribed me stronger stuff. Not sure if going to the doctor would help in your case because its not too bad.
