how do i remove air bubbles in syringe

Every single time I inject theres small fuckass airbubbles in the syringe.

even when i try to get the air to the top, by tapping the syringe and let a little bit out
only the fucking liquid comes out and not the air bubble.

does it have any effects when i inject air into myself?

For what reason

Tap on the syringe untill the airbubbles group at the top and then push a tiny bit of liquid out.

Air bubbles aren't that bad if they're really small though. Just when you inject draw in a little bit of air to check if blood comes in the syringe. If thats the case don't inject cause you hit a vein. If there is no blood you're good.

Why bother removing them? Small air bubbles literally don’t matter at all.

with a flick of a finger. also you may see there is always a small very small bubble that is very hard to remove and it's negligible for injection.
