how do i remove nasal fold from my face pic under

How on earth do i remove the lines? do i have a recessed maxilla?
Ive been on a diet losing weight and i go to the gym 3-4 times a week but these lines never even faded a little bit
IS THERE A WAY TO REMOVE IT OR IS IT TIME TO ROPE???
