This isn't a photo of me, but it illustrates what I mean. Basically, I have pectus excavatum, which causes my chest to be sunken and my ribs to sit in a strange position. The indentation itself isn't a huge problem for me, but my ribs simply don't look good and aren't aesthetic. I’ve looked online and it says that maintaining good posture and exercising will fix it. I’ve been improving my posture and working out for about 7 or 8 months now; I’d like to know when results typically appear, if there is another way to correct this, or if there are surgeries available—and if so, what they are called.

Maybe next life 😂👌

theres a surgery they place a metal bar under where the hole part of your chest is, then they bend both sides leading to the force only going to the middle pushing your bones and shit upwards which can reduce/minimalise or remove pectus exc
I'm saving up for different surgeries, so I wouldn't know, but I appreciate your help with the research.

I've been researching and found something called a vacuum bell that basically pulls the chest forward under pressure to correct pectus excavatum. Do you think this would be effective?
