If you don't breath good, there's a yoga technique called sutra neti - you put a piece of string or cord in a nostril and you pull it out through the mouth or the other nostril.



You can then use thicker and thicker cords to enlarge your nasal passages, some practitioners can even put snakes in their noses.

I had trouble breathing due to being a mouth breather, but after mewing, I no longer have it. But my nose remains the same
