How do I retain my wisdom teeth when undergoing jaw surgery?

I have enough space on my lower teeth. My upper teeth is a different story. I'm not entirely sure if MSE can save my wisdom teeth. Is there any way I can tell the surgeon I need to keep my lower wisdom teeth while getting the high cut BSSO and to keep my future maxillary wisdom teeth when advancing the maxilla via lefort and letting it come about naturally?

Do u have enough space for lower wisdom teeth?They come straight and not impacted?If they are impacted, u don't have enough space!If they will want removal, at least ask for bone graft and do implants after surgeries!
