I don’t even care about forward growth anymore, I just want to get reverse this downward and backward growth.

you wont really fix symptoms of downgrown maxilla at all. You might decrease high gonial angle through mandibular osteotomy which is compined with bi max for sure. But a lot of downgrowth = elongated midface, recessed infras and a lot more thing. Especially elongated midface is thing you cant even fix surgicaly

elongated midface is not a big falio unless its lower than 0.90 ( be carefull, ratio might be miscalculated if you have delphino IPD, but if midface is brutally long you can just see that), you just lack of other shit

My maxilla is recessed, which means my upper lip is thin, infras cucked, and jaw angle is fucked aswell

It is a big failo for me considering my fwhr is 1.65

Bimax is meme on this forum actually, community is stupid. But if are actually recessed (misunderstood on this forum, people see average normal maxilla or flat and say its recessed since they dont see godly forward growth) you should do this procedure. I assume you maxilla is normal, its just everything else fucked up

I saw it, but the entire point of not wanting downward and backward growth is to free my airway from restriction. Which the link states it CAUSES.

Depends on how bad it is if it’s rlly bad then surgery can if it’s slightly downward u can fix it naturally

Mine gave me expanders + twin blocks to fix my mandibles recession so they do care, I’m still recessed but my bite is normal

You can't.
If you notice any unusual growths on your jaw, consult an orthodontist as soon as possible. It is also advisable to check that your jaws are properly aligned.
