Not wide brah it’s pretty prominent when I looked at the photo it’s what I noticed first which led my eye to the lips. It’s probably how ppl would notice IRL also but idk

honestly bro just let accutane do its thing. mix baking soda with water and plant it in between your cheeks and teeth. go to dentist, tell them you have horrible sores and cuts in ur mouth. they will prescribe you medicine (nystatin, lidocaine, dexamethasone in some cases, but I would not recommend using this AT ALL, and antacid) do not mix these. Instead, use the antacid to help debloat, along with the baking soda. (this will also help with your lips). For the most part bro, ur good, maybe tinted sunscreen, vitamin c, etc. but ur chillin dawg.

you have a lot of appeal to females, so id say htn. but from a bp standpoint, mtn. but ur potential is easily cl. At the end of the day were all doing this for 2 reasons, psy or to mog. you're doing good in both departments so dont stress too much manito.
