How do i set up a SQL plus on my laptop?

Ive been trying for days to find a connection and run queries but keep running into errors. I need to learn Database management but thr stupid thing won't run. @gooner23

i dont touch anything relating to databases other than AWS products, gotta watch a tutorial or something or ask a chatbot
