how do I shorten my midface?

my upper third and lower third are completely equal at 7cm but my mid face is around 7.5 or 8cm you think this isn't alot but it is. whenever I take frauded pics that shorten my midface I look much better because everything is very equal. but other than lefort what can i do to shorten it?

You can try lipfillers. But be careful tho it might look gigaobvious.

No it only shortens the lower third height.
