How do I shorten my midrange realistically ?

I feel like I can’t do anything about my midface it really cucks me especially cause I have a long ethnic nose and short ipd aswell which makes my face look so narrow, I’ve tried to grow some facial hair but I feel like it just highlights my mid face even more. Try middle part hairstyle it may help you hide the ipd failo. And this failo can't even be solved by surgeries tbh.
