now but you will smell good
use a sponge, loofa or a handcloth and smother it with a high quality soap like dove cream and the lather your body with that
for hair, use shampoo on your scalp for 1 minute and scrub, after that rinse and apply conditioner on your hair, not your scalp, rinse after 2 to 3 minutes
