How do i sleepmax?

I try to sleep everyday bt i cnt i sleep like for 4 hours n im young I ain evn growin bcs of it n im starvemaxxin all i feel is rage I wna buy melatonin bt my foid mum don lt me

what helped me was:

-eating earlier, not digesting while sleeping (helps A LOT)
-limiting blue light, turn on blue light filters on all ur devices or just turn them off, personally i use blue light apps that basicly make ur screen red. you get used to it after a short while, i recommend this a lot.
-doing static stretches before sleeping, makes me relaxed ones i am done,
- reading before bed, 1-2 pages is enough
-drinking water, helps me stay refreshed,
-open window depending on how cold it is,
-turning of all lights, makes ur brain relax more easily...
also blue light glasses before bed and dont eat before bed

I will I'll hav to buy em offline also im a brokie so i cnt ✌🏻
why offline? just buy a crypto gift card of g2a then transfer to wallet and use crypto.
all indiamart vendors accept crypto
it will just show as g2a on ur bank statement u can easily make an excuse (video game etc)
unless if you dont have a bank account then its just over

try going to sleep and waking up the same time everyday one of the best things u can do (wont need an alarm after a while)

stop speaking ebonics first of all, second take 5mg melatonin and magnesium and you’ll be out like a light, also could be sleep apnea go to airway orthodontist and get marpe if that’s the reason mark solution and rep

you kind of just explained your problem, studies show you need at least 8 hours of sleep per night but aim for 9-10 if possible. You physically are not going to grow if you are malnutritioned and not sleeping. Food is the most important thing during development periods in your life like in your teens. Eat eat eat and if you have problems eating then hop on mk677 which will fix both eating and sleeping issues
