it's all about the alar base. If it's not wide but your nose is bulbous then debloating can slightly make it narrower.
But your alar base is wide and will require surgery

go to orthodontis and look into palate expander as cope untill you can get surgery, consider talking abt wether its ur nose, maxilla, or chin that is recessed cuz u dont wanna get a surgery but then u realise that what u operated wasnt the issue
