I have pale skin which does not react to sunlight, I have burned then tanned my arms few times

How old are you? Men generally age much better than women.

Just keep a basic skin care routine and be healthy in general.

Well, any place in the North with few sunny days will do. Choose Scotland then

I'm clean but first tip is useful, what should be my daily sun limit for pale skin which bruns and tans on very rare occasions?

It won't prevent you from aging but you'll age slower than most people
Except if you smoke heavily
You'll need vitamin D supplementation tho

a part of aging is intrisic, it just happens with time
also It could be that your alcohol consumption is contributing to it since youve mentionned it, worth the tradeoff for me, I love getting drunk

I haven't drank in the past month but it likely was a contributor for the aging I've experienced so far
I'm currently in the mindset that I'm not going to drink again this year, not even if I meet a foid from online
I will try maintain my skin at it's current level then hope that cheekbone implants, lefort and genio help me to look younger due to the skin looking less sagged once I've attained forward growth.
