Hi guys. I feel like every time I smile its super awkward and never looks good. Its not because of an underdeveloped palette but I feel like it comes from more of my lips. Almost like im showing the wrong parts of my teeth. Any advice?

send a photo itll be easier to judge, if not, the key to a good smile is a wide palate, preferably a 8-10 tooth show, full lips, decent maxilla, prominent and high set zygos, wide mandible and fforward grown, outwards gonions, good nose and white teeth. A tip would be to squint a bit if u have a eye aspect ratio of less than 3 with a margin of error of 0.3 and dont squint at all if you have higher than 3 for eye aspect ratio but open then fuller if u have an eye aspect ratio of 3.5+.

the best advice is stop trying so hard. look happy but relaxed. you dont have to even show teeth, a slight relaxed, genuine smile will look friendlier than a full maw of teeth

Turns out I was just tilting my head down when I smiled creating this really weird perspective. But thank you for the advice!
