Start with low dosage. I love those it's like 0 calories alcohol but is started it 300mg 1-2 weeks felt amazing but after that its strength got weak and kept getting weaker so i stopped taking that. And now I am using Z pills that works good but mainly for sleep.

Are they capsules or presses? If capsules it’s annoying but you can just pull it apart and divide the powder.
