How do i start and stay motivated to go gym ?

I want to gym and build a Aesthetic physique to physically and sexually attract women who are young and fresh. The thing is i am not disciplined and eat KFC nearly everyday of the week and i have no strength to even excerise or do pushups. I’m 16 year’s old. 172cm tall without shoe’s and i have a good frame and base i just dont know how to eat properly and whether or not if i should do leg day.

You're going to look insane if you stick with gym for at least a year and dial in on diet. Just start by cutting out fast food and soda
