If you want to have lucid dreams wake up after 4 or 6 hours of sleeping spend like 5-15 minutes doing something you basically want to be alert but still tired and be able to fall back sleep in 5-10 minutes when you go to bed again repeat mind awake body asleep and you will fall into a lucid dream
