Search on Youtube or Google for exercises to do with the elements you have at home, the treadmill is quite easy to use, start doing cardio

The cool thing about beginning lifting so the fact that you can burn fat and still build muscle, this ends around 8 weeks in of consistent lifting though I believe. The key thing though is to stop asking and just go to the gym. Look up some shitty beginning weightlifting program on Reddit or something and just follow that. Just stay consistent and start eating healthy, lots of lean protein and vegetables. Try to not drink sugary drinks and replace processed shit with fruits.

this aint the best routine but it does the job, these days i just go in and do whatever movements give me the best pump

the best impact is to lose body fat by keeping -500 deficit everyday, which is easy if you combine exercise and diet. Muscles do little to nothing so put that into second plan, your facial bones are top priority to ascend.

as a beginner he doesnt need to deficit at all, much less -500 deficit bruh, he will lose weight from staying at his current maitenence and doing cardio 3x per week and lifting 3-6x per week. these activities will end up increasing what his actual maitenence is, so his current maitenence will be a deficit when he is putting in the work if you know what i mean.

maybe a -200 deficit would be good too but definitely not fucking -500
