How do i start researching

I always see so many people that are so knowledgeable on looksmaxxing, like surgeries, what to take to achieve certain things and I just wonder HOW you guys do it?

I know things like pubmed, but i dont know how to get started on synthesizing information I've read.

Pls give helpful advice.
