How do I start slaying deadass - lwk an incel question

It's starting to become unbearable viewing all my friends and peers that I've grown up with getting so much better look-wise, telling me about the shit they do with girls, like it's so casual for them. I was KHHV until I made out with a girl at a cruise thingy; she wasn't even bad-looking either. I don't think I look that bad, and based on how I'm treated and a little bit of research, I'm only getting better and better. I think I'm on the right path. What is the formula for getting romantic interactions with girls? Is there even one? Whenever I'm confident, I get one, but I haven't had that confidence, and for now I'm not going back cuz it's hit-or-miss.
My friend told me a girl asked him out in public if he could finger him, and 20 mins later they were making out and he was fingering her . He showed me proof.
So don't bash me for such a question and just help me out. And to get this out of the way, I'm not a subhuman manlet (more of a kid carried by genetics and who frauds and has recently joined the forum).
