retarded faggot why would you starve yourself? youre doing nothing but prejudicing your body, test and bodyshape, especially if youre growing up

You look 16-17 doing "starvmaxxing" (which is one of the worst things u can ever do in general) at that age is not good, just track your calories and focus on losing bf%
And a small advice change your hairstyle if I was you I would stop getting fades and start growing the sides.

You well just don't eat and fight the urge ?

Drink a lot of water caffeine and maybe through some nicotine in and you'll get used to eating less

Eating one meal a day is better than starving I guess

Go to a tiny village in Africa and have no access to food

Then come back, become a model, get famous, rich, slay every baddie from the castings and just hang out in Paris and Milan all winter.

This might be the best answer you get, I will put the things into an order where the least risky is at the top and the most risky is at the bottom.

1. Caffeine
2. Low-calorie drinks and foods
3. PFSM diet
4. Nicotine

Next 3 things will be quite similiar

5. Semaglutide (Ozempic/Wegovy)
5.1 Tirzepatide (Mounjaro)
5.2 Retatrutide

Out of the next 2, bam15 is arguably the better option

6. BAM15
6.1 DNP

Read these before doing anything:

discipline but if your a pussy drink water right before every time you eat and take reta and caffein also If your stimulated like when you play a game or something or just do anything fun you tend to not feel hungry during that time but If you don't have anything that stimulates you I do no recommend but you could take drugs or smoke weed to stim or eat raw meat and get food poisoning to suppress it

Whatever you do don't undereat your basal metabolic rate (how many calories your body needs to survive)

"Natural" Solutions:

You can just up your protein intake and use caffeine and nicotine to suppress appetite whilst on the diet. Also learn something called volume eating. Basically, most of the food you consume should be low-calorie high-volume foods such as cucumber, mixed greens/lettuce, cabbage, pickles, mushrooms, konjac /shirataki noodles (5 calories for an entire bowl btw), strawberries, most berries in general as well. Couple that with a few diet sodas and you should be pretty full throughout the day.
Make sure you actually eat a ton of protein during your regular meals though as this will prevent muscle loss marginally and improve overall fullness.

DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP
Take a daily multivitamin and electrolytes if you are planning to diet mid-long term. Otherwise, you run the risk of a plethora of deficiencies and imbalances in the long run.

Easy way Solutions:

Pin Retatrutide (if you get it try nextech labs I buy and use from them, so I have anecdotal evidence of it being legit)
I would recommend Ozempic (Semaglutide) or Mounjaro (Tirzepatide) however reta is arguably better since it's a triple antagonist (GIP + GLP-1 + Glucagon), has less side effects and is overall stronger than the previous two. However, it isn't currently FDA approved so if you second guess it solely due to that fact then try mounjaro ig.

just coffee and water
