its good on school days cuz i just starve all day and dont really have a choice to eat until i come home which is already at like 5pm but on weekends its hard not to eat for fun which is what got me in this mess in the first place.
im on 5mg of tirzepatide it barely even works same with reta im literally too fat for reta and it wouldnt work
