ive heard that starvemaxxing can actually give opposite effect like it actually bloats you up more (search it up i could b wrong). But if you still want to try eating mint gum and drink 1L of water it gives your body the impression that you are full.

don’t, it’s not that hard to eat in a deficit and you’ll regret losing muscle and stressing out your body causing it to become more bloated if you starve
