How do I stay interested in a girl?

Something is wrong with my brain

A girl will blatantly flirt with me or I will be on a dating/chat app and whenever the girl shows too much interest I get bored and move on to the next endeavour

This is literally ruining my life because I keep running away from any girl who shows affection.

I will be interested for a day and then the next day, a switch gets flipped and I get annoyed by them.

I read that love styles are influenced by parents, so if your parents are warm and loving, you will be warm and loving to others, but if you grow up like me in a cold environment with only yelling and chores, then you have no clue how to show affection to anyone.
