rn im gym maxxing n bulking cs im 2 skinny but im super lean js bloated in face im like 12-15 percent bf but i bulked cs sum1 said im so skinny i only need 1 popcorn when i first got on org

well really just start working out then. and if you're not fat then rapidly change your diet to remove all goyfeed from it, start eating more carnivorous, drink 2.5/3L of water a day and get ur potassium up (coconut water, bananas etc do ur own research).

yea u right but lwk im improving diet now but tonight i had goyslop for my bulk i had pasta with 8 eggs n a protein shake but dont worry tmrw ima have eggs n milk n steak for dinner tmrw but i do know my pottasium intake is shit lwk ima buy supplements for it soon but i can prolly increase water intake easily

good to hear you're improving your diet already, just for the love of god dont worry about bulking yet. focus all your time into getting lean, lean is law. get yourself a 2.5L water bottle (preferably not plastic) and go from there, take creatine if you're not already

Yeah bro. if you get multiple shitty bottles you're not gonna have good track of how much youre having, on the other hand if you just get a plain and simple 2.5L, youre ensured to be motivated to drink it all. and creatine is absolutely not cope in the slightest its the best supplement to be natty with in the gym. but you have to cross that 2L water mark for it to work, basically creatine works by storing extra water in your muscles to make them appear bigger. it also allows you to have short bursts of energy during a set (lets say you go to failure and can only manage 15 reps), creatine would allow you to push yourself harder and then enter a higher rep range making yourself stronger.
