Yeah bro. if you get multiple shitty bottles you're not gonna have good track of how much youre having, on the other hand if you just get a plain and simple 2.5L, youre ensured to be motivated to drink it all. and creatine is absolutely not cope in the slightest its the best supplement to be natty with in the gym. but you have to cross that 2L water mark for it to work, basically creatine works by storing extra water in your muscles to make them appear bigger. it also allows you to have short bursts of energy during a set (lets say you go to failure and can only manage 15 reps), creatine would allow you to push yourself harder and then enter a higher rep range making yourself stronger.lwk water bottle even tho it sounds retarted is such high roi to ensure i drink enough and i was gonna buy creatine but i thought it was cope for a bit but im buying it like dis week
