Are you really a perfectionist? Is your life perfect? Are you really getting top grades, have your house spotless, perfecting everything in your life and strive for perfection everywhere to the detriment of people around you?

Or are you saying you're a perfectionist and what everything to be perfect while doing nothing or being stuck in analysis paralysis?

I would bet money that it's the latter which means your are a procrastinator, but you're calling yourself a perfectionist to make yourself feel better about your non-perfect situation.
