It pisses me off so much. The thing is, everytime I talk to a girl and everything is going good I believe and think to myself "she feels bad for me" or "she'll make fun of me in her gc" when there are no fucking signs of that. Maybe my ex cheating on me has ruined me, but I don't think that one incident covers for my other 2 exes who didnt cheat. What can I do to stop this and learn to gradually trust, rather than skipping to claims directly? :feelswhy::lul:

Acknowledge and Replace Thoughts: Instead of trying to suppress a thought—which makes it stronger—replace it with a different thought or activity, such as focusing on a specific, calm image

Stop overthinking start overdrinking

you have to learn to not give a fuck. i literally mean not give a fuck. not pretending to not give a fuck. there’s prob some videos on youtube or something abt it. ik there’s a book called “The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck” i haven’t read it but i’ve heard it’s good so maybe it’ll help
