I don’t know what answer your expecting, there’s not a magic spell that will reverse your estrogen shot.

u can either do it naturally, go to the gym, eat clean & naturally, 8+ hrs of sleep etc.

or

take testosterone to cancel out the estrogen.

again there’s no magical spell to just cancel everything out, you have to just do it yourself
